Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 7, 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. STC St George Concrete reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided
STC St George Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties in St. George, Utah and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel contracts if we determine that we cannot safely or properly complete the work.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed or if you request changes to the project scope. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any accepted estimate will be honored for 30 days from the date provided.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. You are responsible for any costs associated with collecting overdue payments, including attorney fees and court costs.
Scheduling and Delays
We will make every effort to complete your project within the estimated timeframe. However, weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from project delays. If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please provide as much notice as possible.
Property Access and Site Preparation
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and for removing any obstacles, furniture, or items that could interfere with our work. You must also ensure that any necessary permits are obtained before work begins, unless we have specifically agreed to handle permitting as part of your contract. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles unless you provide accurate location information before we begin work.
Warranty and Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, ground settling, freeze-thaw cycles, or other factors beyond our control. We carry appropriate insurance coverage, but our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project requirements. You are responsible for maintaining your concrete surfaces according to our recommendations. This includes proper drainage, avoiding de-icing chemicals that can damage concrete, and addressing any issues promptly. Failure to maintain your concrete properly may void warranty coverage.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our work or services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems. If we cannot reach an agreement, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Utah law, with proceedings held in Washington County, Utah.
